"I hired a contractor to build my covered pergola and 6 months later, he never came back to stain it like he was supposed to do. I ended up hiring PHI to come stain it and they informed me that the original contractor built it incorrectly so there was no way my clear roof can go on and water drain away from the house. In less than a week, Charles completely reconstructed my pergola correctly, stained all the wood, and put the clear roof on.
